There have been considered production methods, main physical characteristics, and practical usage ways of graphene doped polymer composites. Inserting graphene nanoparticles into a polymer matrix transfers the material from the class of insulators into the class of conductors, which opens up a possibility for creation of conducting polymers. Such materials possess non-Ohmic conduction which is caused by a not perfect contact between neighboring graphene particles. In accord with measurements, the thermal conductivity of graphene doped polymer composites exceeds several times the value of this parameter for pure composites, which opens a possibility for development and usage of phase change materials with enhanced thermal conductivity.
