The theory and experimental discovery of extremely
strong hydrodynamic instabilities are described, viz. the Kelvin-Helmholtz, centrifugal, and superreflection instabilities. The discovery of the last two instabilities was predicted and
the Kelvin-Helmholtz instability in real systems was revised by us.
