PT-симметрия в оптике

Рассматриваются псевдоэрмитовы системы как квантово-механической, так и оптической природы. Основное внимание уделено важному для оптики и электродинамики частному случаю таких систем, а именно РТ-симметричным системам. Наиболее интересным следствием РТ-симметрии, обсуждаемым в литературе, является фазовый переход, при котором собственные моды системы теряют РТ-симметричность. Хотя экспериментально реализовать такой переход очень трудно, можно наблюдать схожее с этим переходом явление в "почти" РТ-инвариантных системах. Другие явления, предсказанные на данный момент для РТ-симметричных сред, не являются специфическими исключительно для РТ-инвариантных систем, и они могут наблюдаться в обыкновенных полностью пассивных системах.
