Современные тенденции развития физики термоэлектрических материалов

Московский государственный университет имени М. В. Ломоносова, Воробьевы горы, Москва, 119991, Российская Федерация

Рассмотрены основные физические идеи и методы, используемые для улучшения качества современных термоэлектрических материалов и повышения эффективности термоэлектрического преобразования. Особое внимание уделено влиянию наноструктуры материалов на их термоэлектрические характеристики.
