Неоднородные зарядовые состояния и фазовое расслоение в манганитах

Анализируются механизмы электронного фазового расслоения в оксидных материалах типа манганитов. Рассмотрение проводится в рамках простой модели кондо-решетки с межузельным кулоновским отталкиванием электронов. Эта модель позволяет выявить неустойчивость однородного магнитного или зарядового упорядочения относительно образования капельных структур (магнитных поляронов) в широкой области параметров фазовой диаграммы. Исследуются различные типы и формы магнитных поляронов. Обсуждаются транспортные характеристики и спектр шумов в фазово-расслоенном состоянии.
