Изотопические эффекты и эффекты разупорядочения в спектроскопии экситонов большого радиуса

Большинство физических характеристик твердого тела в той или иной степени зависят от его изотопического состава. Впервые представлен последовательный анализ изотопических эффектов и эффектов неупорядочения в кристаллах с разным изотопным составом, полученных методом низкотемпературной спектроскопии экситонов большого радиуса. Изотопическое замещение легкого изотопа тяжелым приводит к возрастанию энергии межзонных переходов, энергии связи экситона Ваннье—Мотта и величины продольно-поперечного расщепления. Нелинейный характер зависимости этих величин от концентрации изотопов обусловлен изотопическим разупорядочением кристаллической решетки. С этим согласуется нелинейная концентрационная зависимость полуширины линий в экситонных спектрах отражения и люминесценции. Подчеркивается общность рассматриваемых эффектов в кристаллах алмаза, гидрида лития, окиси цинка, сульфида кадмия, закиси меди, а также кремния и германия.
