Межатомные потенциалы взаимодействия в радиационной физике


Кабардино-Балкарский государственный университет, Нальчик

Рассмотрены современные методы вычисления парных межатомных и усредненных потенциалов взаимодействия ионов с атомами твердых тел. Наряду с традиционно известными статическими приближениями обсуждаются нестационарные и квазистационарные модели. В последнем случае рассмотрена модификация приближения электронного газа с учетом скорости относительного движения атомов v1. Кроме того, учитывается эффект ионизации и динамическое экранирование потенциалов электронным газом. Проводится сравнение теоретических моделей между собой и с экспериментальными данными. Рассматриваются энергетические потери и пробеги ионов в твердых телах, угловые распределения при многократном рассеянии, тормозные потери тяжелых ионов при плоскостном каналировании, спектральные линии излучения релятивистских электронов и позитронов и другие эффекты.
