Обзоры актуальных проблем


Дельта-изобара в ядрах (обзор экспериментальных данных)

Дается обзор экспериментальных работ и элементарной теории по электромагнитному и адронному возбуждению Δ-изобары в ядрах. Описана история возникновения представлений о ненуклонных степенях свободы от квазинуклона и пиона до кварков и глюонов, показана роль Δ-изобарных возбуждений. Рассмотрены методика работ с пучками γ-квантов, электронов, протонов, π-мезонов и ядер, конструкции детекторов и мишеней. Сделаны предварительные выводы о механизмах Δ-возбуждения. Обсуждаются вопросы, требующие дополнительной разработки, а также направления дальнейших исследований и желательные новые эксперименты.
