Плазма, возникающая при взаимодействии лазерного излучения с твердыми мишенями

Описывается комплекс физических явлений, приводящий к возникновению плазмы вблизи поверхности, нагреваемой лазерным излучением твердой мишени. Он включает динамику нагрева и испарения поверхности как целого, ее отдельных микродефектов, аэрозольных частиц; гидродинамику разлета испарившегося материала в окружающий мишень газ; кинетику ионизации в парах или в их смеси с окружающим газом. Образование плазмы связывается, во-первых, с необходимостью достаточной плотности паров в зоне воздействия или нагреву мишени до определенного уровня температур, что приводит к определенным требованиям на энергетические характеристики лазерного импульса. Во-вторых, с возможностью развития ионизации в парах или их смеси с окружающим газом, что диктует определенный уровень его интенсивности. Исходя из этих требований, в координатах энергия — интенсивность находится граница области возникновения плазмы. Момент ее возникновения определяется точкой пересечения этой границы лазерным импульсом, построенным в этих же координатах. На основе такого подхода описаны различные случаи возникновения плазмы в диффузионном и гидродинамическом режимах истечения паров, связанного с нагревом и испарением мишени как целого, ее микродефектов или аэрозольных частиц, для различных материалов мишеней, давлений и состава окружающего мишень газа, размеров пятен фокусировки, длительностей, форм и длин волн лазерных импульсов.
