Высоковольтный наносекундный разряд в плотных газах при больших перенапряжениях, развивающийся в режиме убегания электронов

В обзоре введено понятие локальных и нелокальных моделей электрического пробоя плотных газов и обсуждаются основы нелокальной модели с участием убегающих электронов (УЭ). Дан обзор экспериментальных исследований электрических разрядов в. плотных газах, развивающихся, в отличие от классических форм газовых разрядов, в режиме интенсивного убегания электронов. Установлена фундаментальная роль этого явления в динамике пробоя плотных газов в широком диапазоне условий. Приведены пространственно-временные и энергетические характеристики импульсов УЭ и сопутствующего рентгеновского излучения. Участие УЭ в механизме пробоя проявляется в смещении минимума кривых U(Pd) с ростом перенапряжения в область больших Pd. При достижении многократных перенапряжений реализуется поляризационное самоускорение по Аскарьяну и генерируются УЭ с энергией. В отличие от случая умеренных перенапряжений, пробой плотных газов в сильных полях перестает быть чисто объемным процессом. Табл. 8. Ил. 19. Библиогр. ссылок 98.
