Содержание: Электронная часть зондовой характеристики при отрицательном потенциале зонда. Ионная часть зондовой характеристики при отрицательном потенциале зонда. Метод двух зондов. Применение метода зондов в более сложных условиях. Усовершенствование техники зондовых измерений и ошибки метода.
