Quantum optics of single quantum emitters in the near field of a nanoparticle

The study of the interaction of atoms and molecules with matter has been studied for a long time. With the development of nanotechnology, it became possible to create and study miniature systems — nanoantennas and nanostructures, which stimulated interest in studying the interaction of quantum emitters with such systems. This review is devoted to this issue.
