Giant pulses of thermal neutrons in large accelerator beam dumps. ‘Troitsk Trinity’ (RAS Institute for Nuclear Research, Troitsk, Moscow region). The possibility of generating giant
neutron pulses in beam dumps of superhigh energy accelerators is discussed. In particular, the possibility of producing giant
pulsed thermal neutron fluxes in modified beam dumps of the large hadron collider (LHC) under construction at CERN is
