New magnetic states in crystals
On 16 June 2004, a joint scientific session of the Physical
Sciences Division of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the
Joint Physical Society of the Russian Federation was held in
the Conference Hall of the P L Kapitza Institute for Physical
Problems, Russian Academy of Sciences, to honor the 110th
birthday of P L Kapitza and the 70th anniversary of the host institute. The following reports were presented at the session:
