Многокомпонентные нанокомпозитные покрытия с адаптивным поведением в поверхностной инженерии

Представлен обзор результатов экспериментальных исследований нанокомпозитных защитных покрытий с различным химическим составом и структурой. Рассмотрены и сформулированы условия формирования многоэлементных и многослойных систем с адаптивным поведением с определённым фазовым составом, структурой, субструктурой и высокими функциональными свойствами, а также поведение таких систем в экстремальных условиях эксплуатации и трибологические приложения. Анализируется структурно-фазовый и химический состав, твёрдость, трение, износ при повышенных температурах, а также адгезионная прочность в иерархических защитных покрытиях. Отдельно обсуждается адаптивное поведение многофункциональных многослойных покрытий в зависимости от их свойств и структуры в процессе трибологических испытаний.
