Обзоры актуальных проблем


Высокотемпературная сверхпроводимость в слоистых соединениях на основе железа

Представлен обзор основных экспериментальных данных по новому классу высокотемпературных сверхпроводников — слоистым соединениям на основе железа типа REOFeAs (RE=La, Се, Nd, Pr, Sm,...), AFe2As2 (A = Ba, Sr,...), AFeAs (A= Li,...) и FeSe(Te). Обсуждаются структура их электронного спектра, включая роль корреляций, спектр и роль коллективных возбуждений (фононы, спиновые волны), а также основные модели, описывающие возможные типы магнитного упорядочения и куперовского спаривания в этих соединениях,
