Процессы в плазме и газах с участием кластеров


Объединенный институт высоких температур РАН, ул. Ижорская 13/19, Москва, 127412, Российская Федерация

Рассмотрены свойства кластеров и процессы с их участием. Представлены методы генерации кластеров и применения кластеров при изготовлении собранных из них материалов. Анализируется кинетика роста кластеров в расширяющемся паре. Исследуются особенности поглощения и излучения кластеров как систем связанных атомов. Анализируются свойства кластерной плазмы, т.е. ионизованного газа с кластерами, в связи с кластерным источником света.
