Детекторы ядерного излучения и многозарядных частиц с рабочим веществом из пористых диэлектриков


Ереванский физический институт, ул. Братьев Алиханян 2, Ереван, 375036, Армения

Проводится анализ экспериментальных работ по регистрации излучения с использованием явления дрейфа и размножения электронов в пористых диэлектриках под воздействием внешнего электрического поля.
