Полуметаллические ферромагнетики

Обзор экспериментальных данных, расчетов зонной структуры и теоретических исследований в рамках многоэлектронных моделей для полуметаллических ферромагнетиков (ПМФ). Эти вещества характеризуются наличием энергетической щели для одной из проекций спина на уровне Ферми и составляют отдельный класс сильных коллективизированных магнетиков, включающий ряд гейслеровых сплавов (например, PtMnSb), CrO2 и др. Некоторые ПМФ и близкие системы являются перспективными магнитными материалами, в том числе обладающими уникальными магнитооптическими свойствами. С теоретической точки зрения ПМФ интересны ярким проявлением неквазичастичных (спин-поляронных) эффектов, например в спиновой поляризации носителей тока, скорости ядерной магнитной релаксации. Представления теории ПМФ оказываются полезными и для «обычных» сильных зонных магнетиков, включая металлы группы железа.
