Процессы в расширяющемся и конденсирующемся газе

Рассмотрены процессы эволюции горячего газа или слабоионизованной плазмы, создаваемой при испарении с поверхности твердого тела под действием высоких потоков энергии, а также вытекающих из сопла. Расширение пара или плазмы в окружающее пространство приводит к их охлаждению и сопровождается цепью процессов с участием как заряженных (электронов, ионов, атомов, заряженных кластеров), так и нейтральных частиц. Рассмотрены режимы эволюции системы, которые приводят к конденсации атомов с образованием больших кластеров как заряженных, так и нейтральных. Проанализированы экспериментальные аспекты создания интенсивных потоков кластеров в рассмотренных режимах и связанные с ними приложения.
