Магнитооптика двумерных электронов в ультраквантовом пределе: несжимаемые квантовые жидкости и вигнеровский кристалл

На примере излучательной рекомбинации двумерных (2D-) электронов с фотовозбужденными дырками в одиночном гетеропереходе GaAlAs/GaAs проанализированы возможности магнитооптиче- ского подхода в исследовании основного состояния сильно скоррелированных электронов в ультраквантовом пределе. С помощью предложенного метода определены кулоновские щели квантовых жидкостей и их иерархия в условиях дробного квантового эффекта Холла (КЭХ). Исследован режим вигнеровской кристаллизации 2D-электронов и с помощью анализа времяразрешенных спектров рекомбинации восстановлена фазовая граница вигнеровского кристалла. Ил. 24.
