Методы генерации молекулярных пучков

В работе приведен обзор методов генерации молекулярных пучков. Подробно рассмотрены традиционные эффузионные и газодинамические источники молекулярных пучков, дан их сравнительный анализ. Подробно обсуждаются интенсивно развивающиеся в настоящее время методы получения высокоэнергетических пучков (> 1 эВ). Особое внимание уделено быстрым молекулярным пучкам, содержащим атомарный кислород и применяемым для изучения физико-химических процессов на поверхности твердого тела (эрозия, хемилюминесценция).
