Неадиабатические переходы в атомных столкновениях

В физике атомных столкновений адиабатическое приближение применяется для расчета неупругих (неадиабатических) переходов между электронными состояниями сталкивающихся атомов (возбуждение, перезарядка, ионизация), когда, с одной стороны, движение ядер можно рассматривать классически, а с другой — их относительная скорость мала. В этом случае задача сводится к решению нестационарного уравнения Шрёдингера для электронов с гамильтонианом, зависящим от межъядерного расстояния и медленно меняющимся со временем. В обзоре изложена асимптотическая теория неадиабатических переходов между связанными состояниями и из связанного состояния в сплошной спектр, в которой нет ограничений на вид электронного гамильтониана, присущих точно решаемым моделям, а используется только малость относительной скорости ядер. Наряду с общей теорией в обзоре обсуждаются различные механизмы одноэлектронных неадиабатических переходов на примере наиболее простой трехчастичной квазимолекулярной системы (два ядра и электрон). В заключении рассмотрены некоторые модификации адиабатического приближения, необходимые для согласования с физическими граничными условиями и расчета изотопических эффектов.
