Зонный метамагнетизм

Обзор экспериментальных и теоретических работ, посвященных явлению зонного метамагнетизма — скачкообразного перехода парамагнитной системы зонных электронов в магнитоупорядоченное состояние под действием магнитного поля. В рамках модели Стонера сформулированы условия, необходимые для возникновения метамагнитного перехода, приведена теория зонного метамагнетизма для слабых зонных магнетиков. Рассмотрено влияние флуктуации спиновой плотности на свойства зонного метамагнетика. Приведены результаты экспериментальных исследований зонного метамагнетизма, индуцированного как внешним, так и внутренним эффективными магнитными полями, в системе электронов ряда пнтерметаллпдов. Рассмотрены системы Co(Se1—xSx)2, Y(Co1—xAlx)2, Lu(CO1—xAlx)2 соединения RCo2, ThCo2, CeCo2 и др. Обсуждаются некоторые другие явления, связанные, как и зонный метамагнетизм, с резкой энергетической зависимостью плотности состояний вблизи уровня Ферми. Табл. 2. Ил. 20.
