Высокотемпературные сверхпроводящие керамики (обзор экспериментальных данных)

Обзор экспериментальных работ по высокотемпературным сверхпроводящим керамикам (окислам), опубликованных в виде статей и препринтов. Кратко описаны история открытия нового класса сверхпроводящих керамик, методики получения, основные физические свойства. Обсуждается механизм сверхпроводимости в указанных материалах. Табл. 3. Ил. 14. Библиогр. ссылок 75.

Доклад, прочитанный 26 марта 1987 г. на совместной научной сессии Отделения общей физики и астрономии и Отделения ядерной физики АН СССР. На сессии В.Л. Гинз- бургом и Д.А. Киржницем также был сделан доклад «Высокотемпературная сверх- проводимость (обзор теоретических представлений)» (публикуется далее в этом же номере УФН).
