Обзоры актуальных проблем


Диффузионный распад твердых растворов

Обзор современного состояния теории поздней стадии диффузионного распада многокомпонентных твердых растворов, обусловленного диффузионным взаимодействием макродефектов. Проанализированы методы решения системы уравнений, описывающих процесс распада. Подробно исследованы эволюция критических размеров выделений и трансформация произвольной функции распределения в универсальную для различных механизмов массопереноса. Рассмотрены условия сосуществования фаз при распаде многокомпонентных систем. Результаты теории сравниваются с экспериментом. Табл. 1. Ил. 13. Библиогр. ссылок 101.
