X-ray refraction introscopy

The review describes the principles of operation and capabilities of X-ray refraction introscopy based on the use of a crystal analyzer as an angle filter. Methods for obtaining absorption, refraction and extinction contrast, various algorithms for image processing for the implementation of two-dimensional and three-dimensional visualization are considered. Examples of using the method in biomedicine and material science are given.
